Annual Membership

 
 

We offer a single Annual Membership fee of $149 for individuals to join our practice after your first year with us.

Call us in the office on 0226 100 700 to discuss your current health issues and determine if we are the appropriate practice to assist you with your health issues.

The cost of your initial consult as a new patient to the clinic is $450 (this fee includes your first year of Annual membership). Your initial consult can be done in person or via Zoom.

At the completion of your initial consult:

  • You will be provided a blood request;

  • Sent an initial treatment plan, overseen and reviewed by Dr. Barnes; and

  • Be booked an “in person” 40 minute follow up with Dr. Barnes. This appointment will reassess your initial treatment plan, review labs and identify further specialty testing that may be required. This appointment will be billed for at Dr. Barnes’ hourly rate.

  • Upon signing up for your Annual Membership you will be given Access to members only portal to be able to book appointments and request prescriptions

  • An Annual Membership is ideal for all our patients, as it allows flexibility to book appointments with all practitioners as needed. We support patients at various levels of the health spectrum from those patients who keep good health but need support to stay on track with health, eating and motivation to those that could be suffering from Chronic Fatigue and need close support and specialty testing to work toward better health.
